To start a return, contact us via the contact form below. Once we've received your request we will ask you to email us with receipt of purchase and picture of item any issues.

Refunds

Once confirmed to be eligible for refund your item must

• Be in original condition

• Have been damaged in transit
  

If eligible, you will be fully refunded for the item but not the returns shipping costs.

I'd make returns free if I could but at this stage of the brand I genuinely can't afford it 🙏

Once approved, allow 15 business days to be refunded on your original payment method.
